At MaisonMaline , your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter a problem with your order, here is our return and refund policy, in accordance with our logistics partner.
🛑 No physical returns
We cannot accept physical returns.
Requests for refunds or returns are only accepted via our contact form with proof of the problem.
📸 Required evidence
For your claim to be accepted, please send it to us within 7 days of receipt :

A clear photo or video of the product in question

A photo of the packaging and delivery label

An explanation of the problem
📦 Problems accepted for refund or return:
✅ Defective or broken product:

The product is unusable upon arrival.

Attach a clear photo of the damage .
✅ Incorrect product:

The product received does not match the order.

E.g. wrong size, color, model.
✅ Missing product:

One or more items are missing from the package.
✅ Abnormal delay:

Delivery time exceeded by more than 10 working days after the estimated maximum.
❌ Non-refundable cases:

Order with incorrect address provided by the customer.

The customer changes their mind after placing the order.

The customer did not read the product description properly (size, color, etc.)

The package is marked as delivered , but the customer has not received it (unless proven otherwise).

The customer refuses delivery without a valid reason .
🕐 Processing times
Once the claim is accepted:

Refund within 5 to 10 business days

Or return the product within 3 to 5 days
