🔄 Returns & Refunds

At MaisonMaline , your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter a problem with your order, here is our return and refund policy, in accordance with our logistics partner.


🛑 No physical returns

We cannot accept physical returns.
Requests for refunds or returns are only accepted via our contact form with proof of the problem.


📸 Required evidence

For your claim to be accepted, please send it to us within 7 days of receipt :

  • A clear photo or video of the product in question

  • A photo of the packaging and delivery label

  • An explanation of the problem


📦 Problems accepted for refund or return:

✅ Defective or broken product:

  • The product is unusable upon arrival.

  • Attach a clear photo of the damage .

✅ Incorrect product:

  • The product received does not match the order.

  • E.g. wrong size, color, model.

✅ Missing product:

  • One or more items are missing from the package.

✅ Abnormal delay:

  • Delivery time exceeded by more than 10 working days after the estimated maximum.


❌ Non-refundable cases:

  • Order with incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • The customer changes their mind after placing the order.

  • The customer did not read the product description properly (size, color, etc.)

  • The package is marked as delivered , but the customer has not received it (unless proven otherwise).

  • The customer refuses delivery without a valid reason .


🕐 Processing times

Once the claim is accepted:

  • Refund within 5 to 10 business days

  • Or return the product within 3 to 5 days
